Lawful agreement

Lowercase letters, colons and semi-colons are used deliberately at times because it is the correct lawful language of agreements between mankind.

In consideration of the promises, and of the mutual covenants and conditions contained herein, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Deliverables Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we will use lawful reasonable efforts to provide the following services to you for the Quantum Learning Program:

- Signature access to The Quantum Learning Program

- Access to all Learning Modules contained in The Quantum Learning Program

- Access to all of our proven methods & processes for self-development and accelerated learning

- If coaching is also purchased, access to Weekly live Q&A calls

- 24/7 access to community and all content

Terms & Conditions

1. Your signup, booking and/or autograph confirms your acceptance to the agreement that you irrevocably guarantee all terms, conditions, obligations and payments due pursuant to this T&C.

2. You authorise us to periodically debit your account for any payment plans you select. You are contractually obligated to make payments on time, without delay or excuse. Failure to settle your full payment to us if on a payment plan will result in full Program suspension, a full debt recovery process and potential litigation. Should your credit or debit card expire, you will supply new details to us within 1 day of expiry so we can process your payments. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available at billing dates. Failed payments will be re-charged until successful. You agree to cover any other fees, exchange rates, or any other disbursements or expenses required for your access to the Program.

Non-payment by you does not cancel our agreement with you. You agree to pay all fees, costs, and expenses, including reasonable lawful fees and costs, associated with your failure to make any payment when due.

3. If you genuinely apply the core techniques consistently for six months — including daily image streaming exercises, note-taking systems, and mind-mapping methods — and can demonstrate that consistent effort, yet still feel the program has not provided meaningful value, simply contact us and we will refund your purchase in full. Consistent effort in keeping with the program would consist of these terms of eligibility:

A. You have made and sent i; brian-anthony; Timlin the audio recordings of our imagestreaming exercise in Module 4, done as described for 10 minutes or more everyday, for 6 months worth of work.

B. All payments are made on time, without delay

C. Foundational modules completed (watched) in full

D. After 6 months, a refund can be requested once only. And if you do not meet eligibility, you will not be able to request a refund.

4. Term of Sale - You hereby ratify your agreement that all program sales are only refundable if they meet the above stated criteria and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit or debit card processor.

5. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, we shall have the right to collect and analyse data and other information relating to the provision, use, and performance of various aspects of the Program, and we will be free (during and after the term hereof) to (i) use such information and data to improve and enhance the Program and for other development, diagnostic, and corrective purposes in connection with the Program, and (ii) disclose such data solely in aggregate or other de-identified form in connection with the Quantum Learning Program.

6. You agree that you will use the Program only in compliance with our standard published policies then in effect and all applicable laws and terms. Although we have no obligation to monitor your use of the Program, we may do so at any time and without notification to you, and may prohibit any use of the Program that we believe may be (or alleged to be) in violation of the foregoing.

7. Should you be unable to attend any calls or live events, replays will be made available where possible but no compensation will be provided. Members Site usernames and passwords must not be shared with any other person at any time.

8. If Program cancellation is required by us you shall have no claim (whether direct or indirect) on us for compensation, loss, damages and/or liability. We reserve the right to eject you at any time should you be taking adverse actions towards the Program, or violating this Agreement, in our sole discretion. Full payment of our Agreement must be made regardless of any cancellation or ejection, and you forfeit your right to any refunds whatsoever.

9. We are committed to the quality, consistency, and value of our services and reserve the right to alter the Program, including material, speakers, coaching staff and any other variable in any way to provide the best possible experience and outcome for you.

10. We shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Program in a manner which minimises errors and interruptions. The Program may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by us or by third-party providers, or because of other causes beyond our reasonable control, but we shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any scheduled service disruption. However, we do not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Program. Except as expressly set forth in this section, the program is provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Quantum Learning Program and its founder, managers, workers, affiliates, representatives, contractors, shall not be responsible or liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement or terms and conditions related thereto under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory: (a) for error or interruption of use or for loss or inaccuracy or corruption of data or cost of procurement of substitute goods, services, or technology or loss of business; (b) for any indirect, exemplary, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) for any matter beyond our reasonable control; or (d) for any amounts that, together with amounts associated with all other claims, exceed the fees paid by you to us for the program under this agreement in the 12 months prior to the act that gave rise to the liability, in each case, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement replaces any earlier agreements, representations or discussions. If anything in these T&C’s are inconsistent with our previous correspondence, this takes precedence.

13. Laws of the Quantum Learning Program (club)

The rules of the club are as follows and become law once you agree to this agreement;

The club, website, and knowledge offered herein is provided by i: a man; brian-anthony, on an “as is” basis; i, and others of mankind do offer our time and property through the club; and knowledge offered through this website or any outlet of the club is property of i, and or of those of mankind who do otherwise create it;

All who use the knowledge offered through this website or any other outlet of the club do so as a man or woman only, and do take full responsibility for said use;

We, as mankind, can speak to you as a man or woman only;

All who donate and or compensate for time and or property through this website or any other outlet of the club, do so as a man or woman in the private;

All donations and or compensation are given before time and or property will be shared;

Each man or woman takes full responsibility for any content they post on this website as well as in any group or forum that we do manage outside of this website, and does agree to treat others of mankind with respect taking responsibility for their own offenses, feelings and emotions during interactions with others; We reserve the right to terminate membership to the club, or to remove access to a particular group or forum or offering, or to remove or edit any content, at our sole discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such a group, forum or offering on or off this website;

Any property that we as mankind did create, we hereby claim as our property;

Any information you provide to this site you do so in the private; We consider the information you provide to this site as your property; We will respect your property and keep it private; We do not store details definitely online; We do not store credit or debit card numbers, except for the purpose of an agreed payment plan, and at the conclusion of said payment plan, your card details will be immediately deleted;

You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you; You can also request that we delete your information;

All who attend any online or offline events offered through the club are responsible for their own circumstances and feelings, and for their application of any guidance they may receive while in attendance, and agree not to attempt to make those who may host or any others of mankind who may be in attendance responsible for said circumstances and or feelings, and or for any consequences of such application;

We record our online events and do often share the recordings for teaching purposes; by participating in any online event, you agree to your voice being used and shared in this way or for promotional purposes;

You allow us to place information on the hard drive of your computer in the form of so-called cookies, which you can remove or decline at any time;

We have the right to change these laws from time to time as we see fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these laws; we will write to you when we change them, and you will be able to cancel your membership if you do not agree to the changes;

These laws also apply to any retreats or events offered by us which may take place in any physical location;

15. Quantum Learning Program (“the club”) is a private membership club for those of mankind to share knowledge of learning, education and self-development; the club is hosted by i: man; brian-anthony; membership provides exclusive access to a range of knowledge, property and time; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain only; your signup, booking and/or autograph confirms your acceptance to the agreement of membership and laws of the club;

i, agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how i, apply any of the knowledge i, gain here;

i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or place provided within the club (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of €600,000 plus €10/minute the trespass continues;

i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only;

i, agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property offered here, without first obtaining the explicit written consent of the man and or woman who did create it;

i, agree to act according to law and with good will, not to engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other man or woman who does participate in the club lest my membership be dismissed, and access to all time and or property offered by or through the club cease;

i, agree to and digitally autograph this agreement, without coercion, in exchange for access to the benefits offered by or through the club, and do acknowledge that i, have read, understand and agree to the laws of the club
